Doreen Byrne

I am very sad to learn of Doreen's passing. I have great memories of her and all the family in Mosney Holiday Centre. Doreen was such a kind and generous lady and became a mother figure to so many of the young staff living away from home. She will be dearly missed by her daughters, husband all the family, but also by all who met her. I haven't seen Doreen in 25 years, but I still remember her and the chats we had. That just shows how special she was.

My sincere condolscences to all Doreen's family on the huge loss you have suffered. I hope all our prayers go some way to giving you strength and comfort.

Your mum was special, a one off, and she will never be forgotten.

May Doreen's gentle soul rest in peace.

To her husband Terence , Family, neighbours and friends my deepest sympathy. I knew Doreen from going to the Vigil Mass in St.John Vianney's Church on Saturday evenings.I got a shock when I saw her name on the R.I.P.'s.She had a lovely smile and always stopped for a chat after Mass.

So sorry for the loss of your beautiful mam lots of great memories from our mosbey days spent in the mobile home and talent comps. Always great at end of season when we got to stay overnight in the chalets for the talent final. She loved the slots arcade too met her a few times in skerries in DOTS when mosney closed
