I was very saddened to learn of Dorothy's passing from this world. Please accept my deepest and sincerest condolences to Robin and all the family.
I have many childhood memories of Dorothy, she was very inspiring to me in terms of managing my fear over blind fences when out hunting, in fact, but for her, I may not still be riding horses over country. I remember vividly that blue Bedford horse box at meets and joining Jane and Sarah for our days out.
One day she gave me a Bantam cock and hen for me to breed with and hopefully have eggs, all appeared to be going well until my father's Labrador thought differently and dispatched them!
Her love of the Shannon never left her and it was always lovely to meet up with her and Robin afloat.

It's so sad that Covid determined we couldn't be with you all, to share such proud memories.
