So sad to hear of David’s passing - I worked with him many years ago in St Vincents and remember his wit - often brightening up a long day with a funny conversation. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

My sincere sympathy on your great loss. I worked with David when he was at the Mater hospital but more recently when he worked at the Anaesthetic simulator in Merrion square, where he did great work. My thoughts are with you all at this terrible time.
