I was so sorry to hear about Eoins passing. We were classmates in Trinity through undergrad and postgrad. Eoin was one of the kindest and most intelligent people I've ever had the pleasure to know, gentleman seems the only appropriate way to describe him. Eoin was a gentleman who i knew through kayaking. He left a disproportionate inpression on me considering the amount of time i knew him for. Im sure that is a sentiment many feel. He was a lovely man and will be greatly missed. It is utterly unfair that his journey was cut short like this.

Incredibly sad to hear of Eoin’s pass. Eoin was an amazing person.

We shared the tennis courts in pavilion road our whole childhood. Eoin was very competitive on the courts, but always a complete gentleman.

We also shared a classroom for six years in St. Gerald’s and Eoin was by a distance the most intelligent person I’ve ever known. He possessed natural intellect and also had a deep understanding of God that I can only now appreciate in later years.
