Condolences to his family on Dr Fine’s death. He was a wonderful family doctor to all our family for over 30 years and his kindness, especially to our dear late mother Pat, will never be forgotten. May he Rest in Peace.

Dr Fine practiced in Finglas area the same time as my father Dr Joe Fegan and also for a while as I practiced myself.
He was a gentleman,his patients and colleagues spoke well of him.

I only ever knew Frank by reputation. It was sufficient to know that he walked this earth, helping others.

Doctor Fine was our family doctor as we we were growing up in Finglas East.
I remember him as a very caring person.

Sincerest condolences to Dr Fine’s family, he was my family's wonderful doctor for four decades. It only seems like yesterday when he was mending my crushed leg (I was just 2 years of age) or later in my life when we would chat about holidays in the sun, university and good food.

Great encouragement he provided for me to finish my studies and PhD. He was the perfect gentleman, the best healthcare professional and a sound provider of advice.

My deepest sympathy to Margaret and family. My late husband Ray along with Frank, Don Seligman and Walter MacLachlan played bridge every Tuesday in one another houses. The smell of wonderful cigars is a memory I have as himself and Ray puffed away. Now the four can get together and sort out those cards!

We were very sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Frank. He was our family GP in Dublin's North Inner City in the mid to late 1960s and we remember him fondly. About 50 years later I became a colleague of Frank's son Lou. I told Lou at the time that the only other person I knew with the Fine name was our former family GP and was delighted to make the connection. Rest in peace Frank.

I will always cherish the special memories I have of my grandpa. He was a truly unique character and deep down, a very gentle soul.
I will never forget our shared love of chocolate, murder mysteries and national anthems.
