Deeply saddened to hear of the lovely George’s passing. A bright shining light in the world. I have great memories of George flying down our drive in his flashy red car on a summers afternoon and Willie and my brothers welcoming him with a smile at the half door . I remember him as witty ,intelligent, joyful , kind and oh such fun . He had a staring role in a photographic exhibition I did many years ago at Siamsa Tíre and I still cherish those images of days gone by .
