Sincere regrets to hear about the passing of Jacqueline and sorry I was unable to attend.
Fond memories abide of happy times in Galway when we were good friends and I had the pleasure of knowing the whole family in Barna.

I have some very happy memories of being in your home in the 1980s where music was a constant and Jackie was so warm and kind.

I am sorry I couldn't be there in person but I was able to watch online and very much enjoyed the celebration of Jackie's life and Eddie's beautiful tribute to Jackie. Thinking of you all at this sad time.

I was so very sad to hear about Jackie, I want to convey my heartfelt sympathy and deepest condolences to all of you during this time. Jackie was an inspiration to me always - she was elegance and magnificence personified. I always wanted to be like her. She was so much fun to be around. I will never, ever forget the lunch with the 'ham sandwiches' in Prades... she was always 'on my side' and i just loved her for that. She is with us still, Ju, she will always be with us. And yes, can you just imagine her catching up with all of her friends and family in the afterlife? Smiling her big happy smile . Sleep easy, darling Jackie and say hello to Bart when you meet him.

Deepest sympathy to all of Jacquies family. She was volunteer organist in Bearna Church including the day the church opened. She loved music and gave so much of her free time from her hospital work to prepare the church choir. I only met her once after the family left for Melbourne. Her parents lived in Bearna and she now joins the in Rahoon. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

I remember Jackie from our days as medical students in UCG when I looked up to her as an expert in her area of gastroenterology. Then I got to know her as your Mum, and many years later I had a great time in Melbourne when she showed me around her hospital and we met for a lovely night out.
