I was very saddened to learn today of Joe’s passing, please accept my very sincere condolences . Joe was a good friend whom I worked with and enjoyed his company over many years at the International. College of Dentists , ICD, meetings . We shared many meetings , agreed and disagreed in good humor with respect for each other and shared happy times. Joe was a very v genuine person , wise considerate and respectful at all times ,I learned much from him and our association . Outside the meeting times we exchanged e mails re the rugby prowess of our respective countries and countered each others claims of level of skill each team represented .
Joe was a special person and he will be missed by so many of us who were privileged to know and work with him over the years
