My sincere sympathy to Mrs Molloy,Thomas,Mark,Simon and Stephen on the passing of your beloved Martin. I had the good fortune to know him while working as a radiographer at St. James's Hospital. He had a wonderful warm and engaging personality in dealing with both patients and colleagues. He was a true gentleman and it was a pleasure to have known him .May he now rest in peace.

I can only echo the warm words expressed by so many, Dr Molloy was a wonderful teacher and mentor, an innovator and true gentleman in his dealings with all who met him. It was he who pointed me in the right direction in my career pathway.

Not just a wonderful father-in-law, but a very sincere and considerate grandad who lived to serve others. Am eternally grateful for him spotting young julia's appendicitus just in time, and saving her life. He is with God and his family, after a long journey he bore well. And a fruitful life well-lived with his beloved Eva. No more pain, ever again.

Sincere condolences to Eva, Thomas, Mark, Simon and Stephen on Martin’s passing. I had the honour to train in Radiology in St James’s under his guidance and tutelage, and later, for a number of years, to work with him as a consultant colleague. Martin was an outstanding doctor and a skilled and dedicated radiologist. Calm, thoughtful, courteous and kind, he constantly gave his all for the patients in his care. He earned the respect and affection of his peers and all staff in St James’s who worked with him. I am grateful to have known him. He will be sorely missed.

I was a Consultant Physician in St James’s with Martin over many years.

He was an absolutely brilliant Radiologist - always obliging and travelling the extra mile for patients.

Totally dedicated.

Also a wonderful loyal and dedicated colleague.

Huge wisdom - a complete Rock when it came to support in one’s everyday day work in caring for patients and traversing the pathway of seeking resources to care for them.

He always traveled the extra mile to ensure that a patient got the best diagnostic and treatment facilities available.
