Michael was my family doctor for over 25 years and I was truly very saddened to hear of his death. My sincere sympathy to all his family and friends on this very great loss.
I am hearth broken to hear that Michael has passed away, If it wasn't for Michael many years ago I would have been in the same place as he is now.
I will never forget him. All my condolence goes to his family and friends, we have lost a great Doctor and a true friend.
I apologize for not being able to attend the ceremony.
