I have cherished memories of my time spent in the Carrim household since my early childhood and Uncle Mohamed forms a part of many of them - most of which encompass the same repetitive joke that still makes me laugh to this day.

Our sincerest condolences to Laura, Naadiya, Ayesha and Haneefa on the passing of Mohamed. I have great memories of talking football with Mohamed, particularly about our shared love of Manchester United, and of him at many family gatherings over the years. He will be missed by all of us.

Mohamed was my brother in law, a work colleague and a friend.
I could always know when Mohamed was coming on duty as the smell of his lovely after shave came 20 meters before he arrived!
He was a very quiet and respected doctor but a tough, hard card shark at our annual Christmas family poker game.
