My heartfelt condolences to the McGowan family on the death of Dr McGowan.
I worked with him in the Mid Western Health Board in Nenagh many years ago and was very sorry to hear of his passing.
He was a lovely gentle man who helped the new starts in the Health Board in whatever way he could. The first day I took dictation from him I was so nervous but he was so nice and I relaxed very quickly.
May he rest in peace.
