My deepest sympathy go to all the Family at this sad time .
I m deeply saddened to hear of Philips passing.
I worked as a nurse with Dr micheal back in the 1980' and he was a guest at my wedding ..in 1983.
I had the pleasure of meeting him again more recient on a call out for South doc .
He was one of the kindest .
Caring Dr 's I have ever met in my entire career .with a lovely personality and treated everyone alike .
He will be solely missed by everyone that knew him .
Will remember him in my toughts and prayers
