Deepest condolences to Jan Andrew Isabelle and Aisling. Sean was a true gentleman. You are in our thoughts a this difficult time. His Funeral Mass on Friday was a lovely celebration of his life. May he Rest in Peace.
Deepest sympathies to Jan and all the Ó'Seachnasaí family at this very difficult and sad time. I had the pleasure of meeting Sean through his work with the Irish Dental Association, especially his year as President when I worked with him on media and PR related events. As borne out by the comments here and the lovely celebration of his life in the funeral mass, Sean was simply a lovely man. Genuine, generous, empathetic and so enthusiastic and proud of the profession and his work. And of course, he was great fun! A hugely popular winner of the Caring Dentist of the Year Award in 2018 - I could not think of a more worthy winner. Slán á Sheáin, ni fheicfimid do leithéid arís.
Sincerest sympathies to Sean’s family and friends on his sad passing. May he rest in peace.

My words of sadness & sorry on Sean’s passing arrive from deep within my heart. I’m so sorry that I was unable to be present with you all today, but I was there in spirit, I felt every heartfelt moment & word as if so. PaulN even left a space for me & GerryG at his side. I streamed the whole mass as tears continuously welled up.
The mass was beautifully celebrated, praising n thanking God for the gift of Sean to us all, n how He worked His glory through Sean. We shall not look upon Sean’s like again. Sean was n continues to be a great husband, father n true friend to all he met. His presence is n will be sorely missed, an irreplaceable person, treasure n cherish his life n gifts to all. I knew Sean only a few short 25+ years, having teamed up like brothers in our London days. With Paul, Kevin, Dermot n the lads we passed many a weekend laughing, partying n playing footie on Sundays. There also was the occasional overnight to Kent, for check-ups n the obligatory curry afterwards.
Izzy got to know Sean very well also n we were thrilled when he n Paul helped us celebrate our wedding in the village, a spot later which we were so happy for you all to visit n enjoy with us with the children. So, so many truly happy memories, thank you Sean n Jan. Sean is now in the right place to help, guide n intercede for you all – now and forever. He will be here waiting to receive you all in God’s own time. Slán go fóill Sean, slán go fóill mo chara.

My thoughts are with Seán's loved ones at such a difficult and sad time. May he rest in peace.
My sincere condolences to you Jan , Andrew, Isabelle and Aishling , Sean's dear mum and family .I worked with Sean in Kildare for a number of years and he was a true gentleman. He was extremely compassionate and empathetic with his patients and colleagues. He was often described as the singing dentist and he would sing to the children to put them at ease. He always wrote little things that the children liked so he would remember to chat with them about their " like" the next day so they could form an excellent patient dentist bond . He worked with many under privileged and his true warmth empathy and compassion shone here as he went way above and beyond to help these people and make life easier for them .it was a pleasure to have known Sean and worked with him . Life can deal some very hard blows and this is definitely one of those for you Jan and family. Sean will be there with you to help you cope in this saddest part of life .

Deepest condolences to the O'Seachnasai family on the passing of Sean I knew him from the old Folk Group / Perpetual Motion days in Raheny What a gentleman indeed He will be sadly missed May he rest in peace.
I was deeply saddened to hear the news of Seán's passing. My sincere sympathy to his family and many friends at this difficult time.
Our paths first crossed in 1994 when, as a final year dental student, Seán supervised me during a number of clinics in the Dublin Dental Hospital. His enthusiasm for dentistry was obvious......and infectious!
We met on numerous occasions over the years and enjoyed several "lively " discussions, mainly about our chosen profession.
Our respective dental surgeries were both located in Dublin 5. However, Seán and I never considered ourselves to be business rivals but, instead, colleagues who would look out for and support one another.
In his various roles within the Irish Dental Association, Seán was always available to his fellow dentists: to advise, support or simply provide a sounding board for colleagues to air their views. For all the sage advice given and, indeed, time spent listening to our suggestions, complaints, concerns and frustrations over the years, I thank you most sincerely Seán.
The Funeral Service in Raheny yesterday was a wonderful and moving experience. It was a great celebration of Seán's life and the fitting tribute and send-off he so richly deserved.
Dr.Seán Ó Seachnasaí will be hugely missed and remembered so very fondly by his family, patients, friends, colleagues and the Raheny community.
Rest In Peace Seach 🙏

Deepest condolences to the Ó'Seachnasaí family on the passing of Seán. He was our family dentist, and we appreciated very much how warm and engaging he was. He always made time for a chat. He was of course an excellent dentist, and this was recognised when he previously won a 'caring dentist of the year' award, amongst other accolades. But he was also extremely knowledgeable across a wide range of diverse subjects. He will be greatly missed and was quite simply one of a kind.
My deepest condolences to all the family on the loss of Sean. I am so sorry I was unable to attend and pay my respects in person to an old friend whom I deeply admired- however I joined remotely and thought Sean was given the send off he would have wished for. He was a true gentleman, a great advocate for his patients, and a huge contributor to the dental profession. We will all miss his humour and insights, and great chats! .
To Jan, Andrew. Isabelle and Aishling. Deepest sympathy to you all on Sean's passing. Sending you healing prayers and comforting hugs. With all our love, Mike, Sandra, Brian and Sinead
My sincerest condolences to Sean’s family and friends on this very sad occasion. I enjoyed working with Sean at IDA committee meetings. I always admired his great empathy for others. He was a very worthy winner and will be sadly missed.
With very deepest sympathies. I remember Seán very well, often had long chats with him at conferences. So sorry I couldn't make the funeral. A major shock. I played piano for him on a few occasions. A fine singer, one of his very many talents. Thinking of all the family at this most difficult time. R. I. P., Seán.
