Mary and Melyssa,
My deepest sympathy to you for the loss of Tom. He was a very special man and I always enjoyed visiting with him. I think of you and Melyssa often. I'm glad Ashley and Melyssa stay in touch. God be with you both.
Mary and Melyssa,
I am so heartbroken for ye both. Although i only know Mary, i know for 100% he was the perfect gentleman. From stories over the years of chatting to Mary, i know Tom was an amazing father to Melyssa and a soulmate to Mary. May ye find the strength to get through this hard time.
Dear Mary,

It was with great sadness to hear of Tomas's sudden passing. Tomas was a lovely man, always happy and smiling and would engage with you fully when you would meet him. He would always leave on a positive note. He will be missed greatly.

From us all at Barons please accept our deepest sympathies to you and Melyssa at this most difficult time.
Tom was a truly excellent Doctor. He cared a lot, and always put his patients first.
He did much for his work community, and will be missed by many.
Our condolences from all the Rex ER Docs who, in North Carolina, had the privilege of working with him.
Dear Mary, our sincere thoughts and sympathies are with you at this really difficult time, and with your daughter Melyssa. Tomas was one of our favourite people to see coming in the door at work. He had a deep-seated happiness about him which was heart-lifting, and contagious at times. We will miss him. From Sinead and all in Galway Bay Medical Centre
All of Tomas' friends and former colleagues here in Raleigh are saddened to hear of his passing, but take solace in that he got to enjoy life in retirement. It has been 8 years since he retired, but those of us who had the privilege to work with him still entertain our younger colleagues with our favorite "Ojeda stories."
Tom used to tell his patients: “I will take care of everything.” And he did! He inspired trust and enduring devotion from hundreds of patients over the years. We had the privilege of working alongside him, learning from him, and hoping to absorb some of his grace and his accumulated wisdom about people. RIP Tom. You were one of a kind.
Mary and Melyssa,
My thoughts and prayers are with you both at this time. Tom was a good and kind man and an excellent physician. Our group has maintained the annual Ojeda Award ( started the year of his retirement) in his honor. It is awarded each year to a hospital employee who exemplifies the qualities that Tom exhibited. The award is given to a generous and kind person who contributes to the support of our patients and co workers. May you both find peace in the days to come and know that Tom will be missed by many.
Our deepest condolences to you both Mary and Mylessa ,we were so sad to hear of Toms passing May he rest in peace

Dear Mary,

I was so very sad to hear of your news of Tom. Such a gentleman who I was honoured to know and work for. Tom had a gentle way about him but you knew he was extremely sharp and missed nothing!

From all of us at Candor, Tom was an absolute pleasure to work for and will be sorely missed.
