I am utterly heart broken to hear the news of the passing of Dwayne. Having met him, Rach and Noah whilst on our honeymoon 4 years ago, we have kept in contact and are absolutely devastated of the news.
My thoughts go out to Rach, Noah, Luna & all that knew him.

Sincere and heartfelt condolences on the tragic loss of Dwayne . As we lined the estate the morning to pay respects as Dwayne made his final journey , I couldn't help but look at my own kids and think of how many times Dwayne would have walked the same paths, and played on the same green as a kid and all through his too short lifetime, Thinking of the whole family, Dwayne's parents, wife , kids and his friends at this absolutely unimaginable time for you all .

To Tina, Alan, Gavin and all the family - I am heartbroken for you and sending all my love and deepest sympathies. I have such fond memories of Dwayne in his early Richmond Park days. I will always remember him in his element on the decks in the shed in your garden, the coolest of dudes. I hope all your treasured memories will get you through this difficult time. Rest in peace Dwayne. X

Dear Rach, Noah, Luna, Alan, Tina, Gavin et al,

It has been my pleasure and privilege to work alongside Dwayne for the past 4 years, and I want you all to know how loved and respected he was by everybody who encountered him - colleagues, suppliers and customers alike routinely fell over themselves to tell me what a super guy he was and how lucky LeasePlan has been to have had him working with us. His natural instinct has always been to bend over backwards to help no matter who you are, and he was a credit to you all.

He was an out-and-out family man, without a day going by where he didn’t talk about you all - it was plainly obvious he adored his family and was so proud of you all, as we were of him.

He leaves many grieving friends at LeasePlan - I know many saw him as more than a colleague and he will be sorely and irreparably missed.

Wishing you all the strength to get through this incredibly tough and sad time.
