Heartbreaking for you to lose your beautiful boy but so grateful to you all to donate Dylans organs and let him live on and save another five lives.My nephew had a lung transplant 10 years ago and he will be forever grateful to his donor.xx 💕

For a 10 year old Dylan you had a “Light so Bright” and without a doubt it too will continue to shine and radiate from your new home in Heaven. Our son was part of Dylan’s soccer team. Aaron told us he often chatted with Dylan during training and they loved practising slide tackles.
