My heartfelt condolences to the entire family. Dympna and my mother trained in the Lourdes together. She was a great friend to my mother Attracta over the years. What a wonderful person she was, I always enjoyed our visits when I got back to Ireland. May she rest in peace with Willie- together again.

Both Dympna and the late Willie RIP were also friends of my parents Jim (deceased) and Ethel Kennedy, Barrack Street, Drogheda.

On behalf of my IMTH nurses class of 1962 - 1966..I'd like to tell Dympna's family how much she was admired as a nurse and great help to us as new recruits...her gentle and caring nature was always evident. We looked up to her, for sure. May she find rest now after a tough few years.
