Dympna Naughton

My late wife,Bridget, (nee Farragher) of Glinsk, Co.Galway, became good friends with Dympna when they trained together to become nurses at the Regional Hospital, Galway, in the 1960’s.

Despite being geographically far apart since that time, Bridget and I in the UK and Dympna in the USA, we kept in touch over the years. After Bridget’s passing in 2021 Dympna and I continued to communicate until shortly before her death.

Dympna was a good, kind, generous and thoughtful person who will be sadly missed. On behalf of both Bridget and myself I would like to say thank you Dympna for your wonderful friendship and to offer my sincere condolences to her family at this difficult time.
