We were very saddened to hear that Eamon passed away recently. Sincere condolences to the Dunne family. RIP.

To say we are heartbroken is an understatement we shared so many fun times,we really did, in recent times two holidays to Portugal , Mary you minded him so well hardly a moment did you take for yourself, no matter what he was still a joy the big smile, in the earlier holiday the wonderful singing. We will treasure the good times and hope Eamon is resting in peace now. RIP Buddy

Yesterday was a wonderful tribute to Eamon, his hobbies, interests, the music he loved. You did him proud.

I have fond memories from when we were young, Christmas morning in our house and the evening in yours, dropping us to school each morning and managing to get get two grumpy teenagers to talk, no mean feat! I'll always think you you singing to Mary-"When we started the voyage it was just me and you, now gathered 'round us, we have our own crew".

I was a colleague of Eamon's in Water works in Dublin City Council and always enjoyed his enthusiasm for life and his positive attitude. I wish his family and friends my condolences at their sad loss

Absolutely devastated. My life and in particular childhood is full of so many wonderful memories of Eamon, Mary, Jen, Niamh and Lor. If you looked up gentleman in the dictionary there should be a picture of Eamon. So many great moments with him particularly Dublin games when they weren't as good as they are now and we'd have to console oursleves in the confession box with a pint and a ballad session ( Christy Moore in particular). His mind may of left us a while ago but his legacy will live on through Mary, his girls and his grandchildren. Absolute Legend, rest easy Eamo. "Ride on"
