So Sorry to learn of Eamon's passing. Nora sent me a couple of photos of his celebrating his 90th birthday with Brian and granddaughter and one of a much more numerous Egan clan.
I am a cousin through my paternal grandmother, Delia (Lennon) Carroll. Her mother was Sabina Byrne. For about 30 years I have had a (mostly mail) connection with Paddy and his daughter Nora. Through him I have been so happy to learn of my many cousins on that side of the family.
I shall keep Eamon in my prayers, as I have your mom.

He gave me a summer job,working with Enda Neary and Frankie Gill in the early 80s.. He was full of knowledge about the land, machinery and away ahead of his time as an agricultural contractor. There was never a dull moment in the yard at Glenmore. Rest In Peace Eamon.
