Very sad to hear of the passing of such a generous, warm and welcoming man. My deepest sympathy to Amelia and all the family at this time.

I only heard of Eamon’s passing on New Year’s Eve and was saddened and shocked to hear the news. Lovely memories of working with him and Amelia and Mary in delgany golf club when he always had such a great sense of humour and always seemed to be in good form. He was generous with his trade secret recipes too and I always remember his expertise at Peking Duck ! Sincere condolences to you Amelia and all the family. May he rest in peace.
