Our thoughts and prayers are with brother Hugh (Mary), sisters Josie, Kathleen & Maureen (Gene), his nieces Mary, Ann Marie, Katrina & Marie, his nephews Michael, Tony, Patrick & Eoghan, his grandnieces & grandnephews, all his relatives. Eammon was a good character and you could have a good chat and laugh with him about anything. He loved going to Cavan and Leitrim GAA Matches, singing a few songs and meeting and talking to people. A great worker in boxmore. He will be missed by one and all may he rest in peace.

Sympathy to all Eamonns loved ones on his sudden departure from this world, so many fantastic memories we have of Eamonn over the decades, we made a special trip to Listoonvarna in the 90’s, Oh Man!!! but as MR would say “ what goes on tour stays on tour”.
Eamonn shot from the hip with his one liners and more than likely if you were in the firing line, you’d come out second best.
We will miss him from Knockmore, as you all will. Take comfort that he got a beautiful send off, he would be so proud of all that turned out to say goodbye to him today and would wonder “what all the fuss was about”.
He’s moved on up above to his new life and I’m sure he’s up there already in discussions about a 39 hour week.
