Sincere condolences to Sharon, Alan, Ann, Gwen and the extended Kelly families on the sad passing of my great friend Eamonn. I’ve known Eamonn for over Thirty Years when he ventured down to play his golf on the Bull Island and St.Annes Golf Club.Our early ( yes circa 7 am) games became a regular Sunday morning outing coupled with plenty of stories, chat and of course a few euros win or lost playing “ Skins”. It was never a dull occasion and his company was reknowned and enhanced for his fondness for spotting and naming planes flying overhead and his love of world war history. We were deeply shocked when word came through that Eamonn had died. I’ll miss our chats and jocose banter particularly over the past few years when his health declined. He was a true friend but more so a Gentleman. May Eamonn Rest In.
