Thank you, Edda, for all the love you shared in many different ways! By making things for our children or giving them books in German and Swedish you let us know that we were in your thoughts and heart. It meant a great deal to me and us.
Deepest condolences to Ciaran and Cormac and families.
I have many fond memories of Edda. Many of them food related - especially St Stephens days meals and her beautifully decorated Christmas trees.
One of the strongest memories for me was my playing with Genie in her back garden & I was pulling on a stick or rope and Edda kindly informed me that my arm is stronger than Genies neck.
This has stuck with me in life and I've happily informed our children and friends the same when playing with our dogs.
She was a remarkable lady and I'm so pleased I got to spend some time with her last Summer.
She will be missed.
With love, Gavin and family.

Deepest sympathy on the death of Edda..May she rest in peace . Her pain and torment now ended .

When we first arrived in Ireland, Edda was the face of the church garden. Such a lovely person, almost a flower herself. She had her special ideas and was happy to share them. For so many years she was part of the core of Saint Finian‘s Church. We are very glad to have had the privilege of becoming friends with her. May she now enjoy the heavenly gardens in the presence of her creator.
Deepest condolences to you Ciaran and family on the passing of your dear mum. May she rest in peace.
