I will never forget the kindless he showed to me as a very young customer of BOI 19 Eyre Square in the early 1990s at the front counter there. He was a gentleman.

Sorry to hear today (5/1) of the death of your Dad. A lovely kind man. I used to meet him and Emmie at mass in the Poor Clares. He was a great singer and helped me there when I had a puncture. They are both happy together.

Sincere condolences to all the Lloyd family on the passing of Eddie. I met Eddie when I joined the GBS where he was a stalwart of the bass line for many years. Eddie always had a smile on his face. He was so warm, welcoming and kind to everyone. He had a huge love for his family and for choral music.
I won't make the funeral today, but I have nice memories of visiting Eddie during the summer and singing together once again.
This lovely man will be fondly remembered by all that knew him. Rest in peace dear Eddie.
