Eddie (Michael) Hannafin

It was fun every minute of every day. So many laughs growing up around Eddie, I still laugh to myself at those treasured fond memories, and now with sincere condolences may all those past fun times bring peace and comfort to you Anne, Kevin & Fiona, Sean & Alice, and all the Keane family at these unforeseen times. RIP Eddie.

I am deeply sorry about the passing of Eddie. What a wonderful man to meet and chat with. Often these chance meetings happened when Fiona was with both himself and Anna. What an adoring dad to his beautiful girl.
A kind, heartwarming, genuine gentleman who will be greatly missed. Heartfelt condolences to Anna, Fiona, Kevin, John, Alice, Mary and the extended family.

He introduced himself to me the first day as Michael and from then fruitful and fun customer friendship blossomed. He loved the craic and he was such a messer. He was guaranteed to get a smile out of you even on your worst day. He was a wonderful man and a true gent. His smile and good humour would light up the room. He will be deeply missed by all who were graced with his presence. Rest peacefully Michael.

It's still so hard for us to believe that Eddie has died. We can only imagine what it must be like for you.
Family and home were always so important for Eddie. Anna, Fiona and Kevin truly were his world, in so many beautiful ways. Ye brought him so much love, fulfilment, and joy in his life. Ye were of such immeasurable support to him always, but most especially during his illness, which he bore with great courage.
Eddie was a wonderful friend to us, and to all who encountered him in any way. We have so many fond memories of him down through the years. He always had such a kind, honest, welcoming, generous and gentle way about him. He brought a lightness to every encounter, with his wonderful humour and his great sense of ease with himself and others. He was always up for the bit of craic, and was great fun to be around. He never had a bad word to say about any one. He loved Kerry football. He will be sorely missed.
Be assured of our continuing thoughts and prayers for you all, not least at this time of grief in your lives.
While his death leaves a deep void in your lives and in your home, we pray that your faith and the many many wonderful memories you have of Eddie will help sustain you at this time and in the days, weeks and months ahead.

Dear Ann,Kevin Fiona, we were so sad to hear the sad news of Eddie RIP
Eddie was a gentleman in the true meaning of the word.
I will always remember him bringing me to the church on our wedding day.
Please accept our sincerest condolences.
