My heartfelt condolences to all of Eddie Condon’s loved ones. Eddie was a dear friend to me, and through him I also came to know his long-time partner in Tallinn. I will always remember Eddie’s warmth, sense of humor, and kindness—he left a lasting impression on many hearts.

Eddie will be laid to rest on Monday, April 14th in Tallinn, surrounded by those closest to him. In honor of his memory, I will be present.

His passing came as a great shock. My thoughts are with you all during this time of sorrow.
