Working with Eddie from January 1969 to have the restaurant part and kitchen opened, money was needed. We met Mary and sister for a double date going to Kenmare dancing. Moved from Ireland 1973 to see the world. Back again in 2000 and visiting Eddie again every year. That ended a half a year ago with dinner at O’Carroll’s Cove. Belated I was informed of your passing. A very dear friend is gone and I miss him more than ever.
Thanks to Evert who met us at Mary’s Cottage, I could hold Eddie’s Urn and paid my deep respect for him. So sorry for your loss Eugene, Evert and Joyce, may he rest in Peace.
