Sincere Sympathy to Stephen and the Boyle family on their great loss. So sad that such a beautiful, warm, vibrant young woman was taken from her loving family and her devoted and loving husband Stevie. Her light will not be extinguished by her passing but will live on in those she loved, and those she met, her sparkling eyes and smile, always warm and genuine. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

I just heard the very sad news of Edel's untimely death. Deepest sympathy to you Mary & to your beloved Steven ( Stephie) as I often heard you call him. Sympathy also to Joe , Conor & all the Mitchell and O' Boyle families. I did'nt know Edel but reading the tributes paid to her in the Condolence Book I know her now as a most beautiful , kind , gifted person. A loss for all who knew her. May her gentle soul rest in Heavenly Peace.

My sincerest condolences to you all on the loss of Edel.
Edel was on my team at APC. Edel was incredibly hard working, she was fast, efficient, very smart and very very loyal to her team members on her projects. She was also, as was said in the funeral, fantastic at finding change orders! Since her return to work this year, Edel had been so strong, so full of life, so happy and energetic. She was different to the previous returns, we thought she was back for good. She seemed really happy in work and was making a huge impact in the work she was doing. She was getting involved in a lot across the company and within the PM team and was spending a lot of time helping the team by sharing her vast expeirence across our group. She and I had been talking about her taking on a new role to do this more permenantly, sharing her knowledge across the team and improving the teams performance as a result, as PMO head. We were due to make the change around now. She seemed really happy about the idea of the new role.
We are all devistated that she is gone. I feel honored that I got to know Edel well over the past 3 years, since I joined APC. She will not be forgotten at APC.
I am so so sorry again for your loss.
