Dear Rose and David, it was a pleasure meeting you while caring for your mam. I was really blessed to have welcomed her on her first day and be able to bid goodbye on her last. We will never forget her and all of your kindness. May angelic Edith rest in peace. My deepest condolences to the family.
Rosemary, I was very sorry to hear from Valerie of the sad passing of your Mum. My childhood memories of her from GB days was that she was always jolly, and happy and fun. ( in contrast to many of the Mums who seemed to me to very serious and dull! ) My Mum was always very fond of her and I know used to really enjoy a catch up with her over lunch. Deepest sympathy to you and all your family in your sad loss. Kindest regards Ingrid xox

We were surprised and delighted to receive a lovely phone call from Edith just a few weeks ago and we enjoyed a long chat. A lovely gentle lady.

Our sincere sympathy to the extended Henderson family on the passing of Edith. I remember her & Jack as a lovely friendly couple when they moved from Clontarf to Killiney many years ago, and they always had a smile and a greeting whenever our paths crossed. In recent years we saw less of Edith but occasionally we would have a chat in her front garden. She was such a lovely lady and her presence will be very much missed in the area. Rest In Peace Edith.
