So sorry to hear of the passing of Edie. She was lovely helpful lady and I have fond memories of her while she worked in the Social Welfare Inspector's office, William St, when I was stationed there. She was meticulous and a pleasure to know and nothing was too much for her. Please accept my sincerest condolences and prayers at this time. May she Rest in Peace.

My condolences to all Edie's family. I only met her a couple of times and many years ago but my mum and aunt (Joan and Pat nee Denehan) always spoke very fondly of her.

My deepest condolences to the McCarron family and all Edie's relations and friends. Edith was a lady who made time for others, and was always ready to help out with different organisations. I remember going over to Edie's house as a young teenager to get measured and fitted for my girl guide skirt. Edie worked hard with many organisations, including the blazing saddles and the Ardee concert band. It was a pleasure to have know Edie, and she always had a smile for everyone.
