When I joined the Bank of Ireland, Trustee Department in the early seventies, Ned was the Trustee Manager and he treated us all with kindness and respect.
Every day, he came to all our working desk and asked us "how are you"
and made a positive difference to our working day.

Sad to learn of Ned’s passing. He did huge work and devoted much time to the Irish Taxation Institute at a very imported time for the organisation all of which was really appreciated by those of us who followed him. It was a pleasure to have known him over the years. Condolences to his wife Mary and all the Cummins and related families.
