Dear Mary and all the O'Reilly Hyland Family,

I was very sorry to hear of the death of Edmund. I have lovely memories of staying with him & Charles in their flat in London and still remember the boys Ironing their shirts for work! - Edmund always a 'dapper dresser'. Fond memories too of visiting Glenealy where Edmund was always most kind and welcoming. A true Gent.

Just heard this very sad news this morning 7/3/2025, in Dublin, Ireland. So very sorry to hear this. Last saw Edmund at his uncle's funeral in Donnybrook and was remarking on how well he looked and how unchanged. Edmund was a gentleman, and such good company! I have literally just being told of the death of Edmund I knew he hadn’t been well but still the news was an awful shock

I met him many times in London & Dublin We last met at the Dublin Horse Show arranged to plan a lunch which never happened He was always great fun to be with, full of stories & craic.RIP
