My father Raphy would often tell stories of another one of my namesake's from the beloved Rathdrum of our childhood Summers. His 'pal' Eamonn as opposed to his brother Eamonn or myself, his son Eamonn. My own memory of Pal Eamonn is distant but my father's affection for him was always clear as day.

Eamonn was always so willing to help others and I have the fondest of memories of him as a young boy. I have two of his wonderful paintings hanging in my house which form part of his lasting legacy.
