It is with great sadness i have heard of the passing of Eddie to the next life,Eddie was like a step father to us all growing up with our partners and friends in Ashdale road with Kay.He was always great to meet and visit as he was a true welcomer and Dubliner,and we shared in a pint of Guiness and a humerous chat,as Eddie was a great listener, and a warm friend,God bless you Eddie as you unite with the Lord and Kay in the Kingdom of Joy and happiness

You were a beautiful grandfather to my cousins and I, Your kindness and love touched our hearts and created so many precious memories, especially those moments we shared at Davy Byrnes with our beloved Nana. The laughter and joy you brought into our lives will never be forgotten.
