It was with sadness we learned of the passing of Eddie. A gentle kind friendly and valued neighbour and a great conversationalist on any subject. His knowledge of people was exceptional and the condolonces show the esteem in which he was held by those who encountered him in life and in his work in the greyhound racing industry.

Ann you and Eddie reared a Family to be so proud of and I know Eddie (&Noel), since I was about 15-between the tracks abd markings at home. As gentle and courteous a person one would never meet. Our paths crossed again meeting you all with Brendan Vanessa and the kids. Memories to cherish.
I’ve no doubt Eddie’s up there looking down on you all and helping you cope with his passing.
We will have a Mass said for the repose of Eddie’s Soul and may God and his Blessed Mother ease your pain.
