Edward (Eddie) McGee

So sorry to hear of Eddie’s passing. His art is a wonderful legacy of his life-colourful and spontaneous and full of heart. I will miss him greatly. Condolences to all close to him.

So sorry to hear this sad news. I knew Eddie when we were in national school in Templerainey years ago. We connected again on social media in recent years where I learned he was now a successful artist living abroad. My sincere condolences to Cal and his family and friends on their loss.

So sorry to hear the sad and sudden news about Eddie. I worked with him in the Radiation lab in UCD many years ago. He was an excellent mentor in the lab and also such a fantastic human being. My thoughts are with Cal, his family and friends. I watched the memorial service online today and it was truly beautiful and perfectly fitting for Eddie.

So saddened to hear belatedly of the untimely passing of Eddie, may he rest in peace. A very dear colleague for many years in the Nuclear Energy Board and then Radiological Protection Institute of Ireland. We are so so sad to lose our dear friend Eddie. Such a bright light has been extinguished. We have so many memories of only fun times together, laughing, dancing, singing and having the craic and looked forward to taking up where we left off each summer. We loved him dearly and are going to miss him so much but are lucky to have the special memories and his art which we love also.
