My sincere condolences to Mary, Tom and Bernard and wider Murphy family. Eddie was a true gentleman and great company. I have fond memories back to the Hearns Hotel days and since.

To Mary, Mark, Paul and all your families, I was sad to hear of Eddie's passing. It brought to mind the many wonderful evenings of conversation, songs and good food we all shared. I hope you are all coping well and I'm thinking of you at this time. All the very best Mags

I have great memories of Eddie and Family when I worked as Receptionist in Hearns Hotel in the early 70s.

We were very sorry to hear of Eddie's sad passing. We have very fond memories of Eddie in Hearns Hotel when we worked across the road in the Bank of Ireland in the 70's and 80's. We also remember affectionately the many great nights we enjoyed in Hearns Hotel following St Marys Choral Society shows.
