I have just received the sad news of Eddies passing . He will be missed by all how knew him . He was a gentle soul and a very good neighbour ,may he rest in peace .

So sorry for the loss of our lovely Eddie. He was a beloved neighbour and friend. We missed him so much when he left Fairview our thought are with his family at this sad time may he rest in peace

Very sorry to hear of Eddie's death. I worked on the same floor with him in Head Office Block, Aer Lingus in the early 1980's. Then I discovered that he and Margaret (nee Hetherington) were from Castlecomer and they both took part in the Annual Comer pantomines in the early 1960's when they were both very young.

So sorry to hear of Eddie's death. I also worked with him in Aer Lingus Cargo in the 70s and 80s. No matter what we threw at him, he met each challenge with a twinkle in his eye, a witty comment and a cigarette (you could smoke everywhere in those days...and we did!).
He was quite a character. My sympathies to the Kelly family.
