We are so sorry to read in our parish newsletter about out true friend Ned we wouldn't know where to begin about our wonderful times in the Hotel Saltees kilmore quay it was a pleasure and a honour to have known him God Bless you all at this sad time RIP Ned.

I just heard of Neds passing and I am so sorry I missed his funeral. My sincere condolences to his family, especially Tommy who with Ned always treated us so well in the Saltees hotel. What a true Gent, may he RIP.

Ned was a lovely cultured man. Who I always enjoyed chatting to when he was out on his daily walks. He had an interesting life while working for many many years abroad. He often told me tales of who he had met, and of his travels. He seemed to enjoy his retirement back in Ireland near his siblings. Rest In Peace Ned you were a gentleman.
