I have so very many fond strong memories of River Road. It was such an adventure visiting when I was a child and walking down from Pecks Lane before the motorway was built.

Your dad used to visit us in Birmingham regularly for a holiday and it was great for my mum and dad to have that link to Dublin. There was a lot of laughter. Always great to see him. The families were so close - special times.

Thinking of you all at this time of loss and hope that you get some comfort from the fact Ned lived to such a great age.
