Deepest sympathy to the Healy family on the death of Ned
Deepest sympathies to the Healy families in Canada and Conahy on the recent passing of your beloved Neddie.
“Ned Healy” was a name we often heard of growing up as he was bestman to our parents Jimmy & Maura Brennan, each formerly of Lisnafunchion, when they married in Canada in Sept 1957, all having emigrated from Conahy at the same time.
Ned was also godfather to our brother Joe born in Montreal, (d. Nov 1986). Ned had a lovely visit to our family home shortly before our Dad’s passing in Dublin in Dec ’94.
May Ned’s gentle soul rest in peace with all his loved ones.

Dad,
We are bringing your ashes home today.
You spoke of Kilmacar every week for 90 years and cherished your Mum, Dad, sisters, and your brothers Nick and Jerry.
You often brought us over from Canada as kids, where we were fortunate to forge amazing bonds with our cousins.
You are with God now. On Sunday, we will all celebrate your kind heart, generous spirit, and endless drive.
We miss you beyond words,
Yvonne, Jason, with Victoria, Ryan and Sean Robertson
