Condolences to the Nugent family on the passing of Ed. We have such fond memories of chatting to Ed & Barbara in the kitchen in Leeson Street (with Gucci the cat) and going up the garden with Ed to look at the hundreds of geranium cuttings he was growing in the shed. Always interested in what was going on, he was a wise and genuine gentleman. May he rest in peace.

So sorry to hear of Ed’s passing. He was always kind and convivial and had that great smile whenever I met him. I know how he is much loved and will be missed.

I am heartbroken to hear of Ed’s passing. He was such a dear friend to Goodwin and me, and we will always remember his kindness and warmth. He was a truly lovely man, and Goodwin cared for him very deeply.

Edward was for many years a Reader at Mass in Our Lady's Oratory, Leeson Street. Always a kind and gracious gentleman. He always had time for a chat after the Sunday morning Mass. HIs presence and his interest in the Chapel was much appreciated. My sincere condolences to all Edward's family. Mass will be offered for the repose of Edward's soul.
