So sad to hear about the passing of Ted. He was a wonderful singer and enthusiastic participant while with the Bray Gospel Choir a couple of years ago. Hard to believe it’s only last Christmas since Mary and he came to the moving crib to hear us perform.

Sincere sympathy to all of Ted's family and friends on his sudden passing.Our first meeting was in Ballyroan Boys school when I was a young teacher just starting out.He introduced me and my fellow teachers to many more reading schemes etc.there and during my 30 plus years in Roundwood.His presentations were always very thorough and professional.He also brought these skills to his stint with World Book and Childcraft where we all learned some new skills from him.Our last meeting was in Sept 23 at Dublin Airport as he was heading away on a yoga trip full of enthusiasm and energy.It was a pleasure to have known him. We have many enjoyable memories of being in his company, including one especially memorable Easter weekend spent on Valencia Island back in the late 70's. I am so shocked to hear of Ted‘s passing and I wish to extend my sincere condolences to his family. Ted and I were regular golfing partners on the slopes of Delgany golf club. I always enjoyed his friendship, sense of fun and competitive spirit. We shared an interest in Yoga and I greatly admired his athleticism in hiking and cycling. The timesheets at Delgany Golf Club will not seem the same now that Ted‘s name will be absent. I have lost a great golfing buddy. May your gentle soul rest in peace, Ted.

He was a great guy for coming up with ideas for fundraising and social events and I think he was still at it until recently.

We had many a good night out together discussing our love of Rugby, Cycling and the Outdoor life which we both enjoyed.
