Lovely memories of cooking class with Mrs. Brennan in Loreto, such a lovely inspirational lady. She taught me to make the perfect pastry. So kind and patient. So sorry to hear of her passing, my sympathies to her family

My favourite teacher in Loreto who 'got' me and was always so encouraging. So happy to have caught up again after all the years but so sad I never did meet you for that coffee. Sincere sympathy to your family and may your gentle soul rest in peace.

I remember Mrs Brennan in Loreto, when she was my Home Economics Teacher.
Such a kind Lady.
When I met her after I left School, she was always so interested in how I was getting on.

I was so shocked and saddened to hear about Eileens passing. Eileen was a lady of great style kindness and sincerity Eileen taught me many many years ago and I still cant knit
