I’m so sad and very sorry to read of Eileen’s passing. I have such lovely memories of the times I spent in her home, growing up in the 80s. Herself and Eddie always made me feel so welcome. Sending my deepest condolences to Clodagh, Declan and Claire and to Eileen’s extended family and friends at this very difficult time. Hope yourself and Eddie are dancing to Joe Dolan up there, Eileen.

She was a wonderful woman with a big heart and the door was always open and the kettle on, with wisdom and advice in bucketfuls. Rest in Peace.

I didn't know Eileen very long but what i did know about her was that she was a lovely person a proper lady i first met Eileen when she joined our ladies club we where both in tallaght hospital at the same time and spent a lot of time together she will be sadly missed at our club rest in peace Eileen until we meet again condolences to all of her family and close friends 🧡
