Dear Maeve & Conor, deepest sympathy to you and your family on the loss of your lovely Mam. Very sorry to be away and to miss the opportunity to sympathise in person. Will remember her especially from spending time in Greenogue with Caitriona as a teenager and meeting your Mam there often, and from having her as a sub teacher in 5th Class HFNS! Very saddened to hear of Eileen's passing. Greenogue and Rathcoole has lost a real gem, a lady full of fun and kindness. Maeve and Conor, my deepest condolences to you both and your families at this sad time.

To Maeve, Conor and Family, I'm so sorry to hear of your mam, Eileen's passing. She was a wonderful neighbour and always loved the craic with Galway and Dublin. She was very good to my mother giving her lift's everywhere. Mam and Jean have the kettle ready to boil for her coffee ☕️. RIP Eileen. You're with Danny again now. Will miss you. ❤️💔

Your mam was such a lady, always in great form, singing and humming and was a fantastic neighbour over the years. Eileen was sharp as a tack and always remembered the kids names, she often told them funny stories about the antics we got up to growing up and had them in stitches laughing. Eileen will sadly missed by all that knew her on the road and in the village. RIP Eileen
