My heartfelt condolences to Eileen's family, loved ones and friends at this sad and difficult time. I remember fondly our time together in Wexford Festival Singers where we shared many wonderful experiences over the years.

So sad to hear of Eileen’s untimely death. I shall miss our chats and times together. She will be sorely missed by everyone, family and friends. We shall meet again dear friend, until then slainte and rest in peace. Xxx

Eileen chose her time well. At the height of musical extravagance in Wexford she says, goodbye. She was so much part of musical life in the town, be it as a singer or organiser, that a large gap remains. I know they needed a good alto in the heavenly choir but wexford will miss her here.
