Deepest sympathy to all the family on Eileen's passing - I only heard of it today. I treasured the friendship of both Tom and herself during my time in ESB and since retirement.My visits to South Quay were always hugely enjoyable. I moved in to West Wicklow Hospice the week Eileen passed away, so I hope to join her and Tom at the pearly gates soon. May she rest in peace.

I wanted to say how very sorry I was to hear of the passing of your mum. I really can’t imagine how sad you must be feeling at the moment, but I am pleased that you were able to be at home with her. I hope that this can bring you some comfort. I find you to be a source of inspiration and whenever you speak in assembly or to staff, I leave feeling in awe, so your mother must have also been a truly wonderful lady!
